The property consists of 2 separate units - a main villa and a trullo - both equipped with A/C.

The outdoor area is well equipped with outdoor furniture and shaded areas for dining al fresco, as well as a barbecue, parking area and ample green space.

Guests will rent the entire property:

The main villa with a fully equipped kitchen with a stylish breakfast bar and dining table; as well as a spacious living room with fire place, 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), and a shared bathroom.

A charming trullo with a lounge room with fireplace and a bed alcove, a modern kitchen, 1 double bedroom and a shared bathroom.

There is space for 10 adults, and 3 children, and the beds are divided as follows:

The Main Villa:

- 1 double sofa bed in the living room;

- 1 master bedroom with private bathroom;

- 1 double bedroom;

- 3 single beds (ideal for children) or 4 on request.

The Trullo:

- 1 double bed (bed alcove in the lounge);

-1 double bed (two single beds joined together), which can be separated upon request, in a private bedroom.

Guests have access to the property through an electronic gate. The villa is completely fenced.
